NOTE TO OUR SCREENWRITERS

What an amazing first year. Thank you all for allowing us to review your stories.

The job of selecting our WINNERS BY CATEGORY was an extremely difficult one.

If you were not chosen to advance, please know that there were a great many of you who were close.

A formatting error, a typo, a misspelled word...

The little things that separate a good script from a great script are just that - The little things.

Thank you again and congratulations to all of our writers.

FEATURE FILM WINNER

 JULIE KAUFMANN

- SERIAH'S LEGACY -

Logline: It was during that first nuzzle, which began the relationship between a young girl and her horse. It was through Emily's determination, the unconditional love she has for Seriah and her promise to be their voice, even if it meant sacrificing her own life to save theirs. In the end, it was Seriah who actually saved hers.
